A Phenomenal Performance at the Hope Haven Gala - April 1st, 2023
From the moment the band took the stage, they had the entire audience captivated. Their flawless musicianship, powerful vocals, and infectious stage presence had everyone on their feet, dancing and singing along. It was evident that Rock Bottom is a group of immensely talented individuals who have honed their craft to perfection.
Not only did Rock Bottom deliver an outstanding musical performance, but they also contributed to the success of the fundraiser itself. Their engaging and interactive style brought an extra layer of excitement to the gala, encouraging attendees to open their hearts and wallets in support of a worthy cause. They truly made the evening special, and I applaud them for their commitment to using their talent for a greater purpose.
Furthermore, the band members exhibited utmost professionalism throughout the event. They arrived punctually, set up efficiently, and maintained a high level of enthusiasm and energy from start to finish. Their genuine passion for their craft was evident, and it was evident that they truly love what they do.
I cannot recommend Rock Bottom highly enough. If you have the opportunity to experience their incredible talent and energy, do not miss it! Whether it's a gala, a concert, or any other event, they are guaranteed to elevate the atmosphere and create memories that will last a lifetime.

"The Corvette Club of Kansas City had the incredible opportunity to have the Rock Bottom Band booked for our 2021 Christmas party at St Andrew's Golf Club. Their catalog of songs is extraordinary, from 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, Rock, Blues, Country, Prince, Elvis, Journey and everything in between. People who hadn't been dancing in years were up dancing and having the best time. Member after member said what a fantastic party it was which was largely due to having such an incredible band. They kept people on the dance floor. I had people who had been members for years tell me it was the best party yet. We sure hope to book them for this year's party!"

"My husband was determined that we would have a “live band” for our son’s wedding dance. He spent many hours on the internet searching and listening to bands in the KC area. We live in a small Kansas town some distance from KC, so I kept telling him that no one is ever going to travel this far! He found “Rock Bottom” and listened to their songs for a couple of weeks. My husband was actually driving me crazy and every single night I would hear... “listen to this song” ... “these guys are amazing” ... “we have to ask if they will come here”. Boy, am I glad I made the phone call. It was like talking to long lost family! These are the nicest, most genuine people you will ever find to work with. Ever since my son was a teenager, I knew the song I wanted to dance with him to at his wedding. When I asked them about playing the song, I was told they have never played it but would be happy to attempt it. When it was time for our mother / groom dance and they started playing my request “Simple Man”, the chills and tears were in full force. It was played to perfection and my day was complete...and a moment in time that I will never forget. We have heard so many comments about the dance that was held in our small town. The dance floor was full, smiles abundant, and memories were made. The band and their guests were so fun to interact with and they got the crowd involved. The night just went too fast. They had many requests for an “on core” which could have gone on all night. We will never be able to praise this band enough and we are wishing now we had more children to marry off! We have been asked many times by our community how we got this band and that we needed to have them back! We could not have asked for a better ending to such a beautiful day."

"My partner, Jane Moonbeam Pender and I together have a very long history of being in the music business with music stores, bands and bars etc. I have been a live sound engineer for many years also. We have seen Rock Bottom about 7 or 8 times over the past year and enjoyed them thoroughly! They always seem to enjoy playing to the crowd and for themselves. Their song list is very extensive and demanding. Todd on vocals is out of sight in covering the some of the things they do. The rest of the band is outstanding in talent and showmanship. Dance tunes abounding and Jack always asking the "who remembers" questions. We always enjoy them and highly recommend them as a go to for fun."
